The 6.8 SPC (6.8x43mm) was developed by the United States Army Marksmanship Unit to offer superior downrange lethality over the 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington in an AR pattern service rifle with minimal loss of magazine capacity and a negligible increase in recoil. The 6.8 SPC is extraordinarily accurate and reliable, and used by many special operations units. This barrel conforms to SAAMI specs for 6.8 SPC, Type 2. (6.8 SPC II has a 0.136" bolt face depth.) This is a highly accurate, precision machined, match grade barrel.

Handguards - 15" free floating Mlok rail. Made from aircraft quality aluminum and black hardcoat anodized.
A3 flat top upper receiver - made from certified 7075-T6 aluminum forgings. Black hardcoat anodized to gov. specs. Forward assist and dust cover installed. M4 feedramps.
Gas system - low profile steel .750 gas block. Rifle length stainless steel gas tube.
