Wow! These lowers are the best…everything lines up and fits perfect. Customer service is an A+. I finished my AR9 lower with the Anderson jig and a couple end mill bits! The threaded inserts for mag catch and under the pistol grip area to remove the slop is an additional A+ in my book. This company has thought of it all. Thanks again

Great quality lower. Happy with my build. Shipped fast. I did a rifle build kit. With the lower I think everything came out to around $660. I already had a AR-15 Jig that fit.
If you're on the fence about doing an 80% for the first time, do it.There are plenty of videos to help you. Go slow, take your time. You'll do fine. A drill press will work, but its not the right tool for the job.
This has lower set screws, comes with a teeny tiny Allen wrench. DONT LOSE IT! I had to buy a new one.

I've done about 6 AR builds so far. Probably my top two AR lowers in terms of quality. This lower was my first 80%.
Fit my universal AR-15 jig. I can use the Jig to mill out a standard AR-15 80%. My jig clamps onto the back of the receiver and into the bolt hold open hole. This thing is like ALL set screws. The rear takedown pin detent, the bolt hold open, the magazine release and a tension set screw to adjust for if you have wiggle in your upper. LOVE IT! I've put about 500rds though it so far. I have Glock 19 and Glock 17 mags. It takes those great.
Let the bolt slam home and it will cycle fine.
Cons:
I have to have a "bullet button" under current CA law. I made one from a coffee can. Its not the sturdiest but it keeps me legal.
If you have a Jig that clamps onto the front of the magwell I dont think it will fit. The magwell is wider than the AR-15 magwell.
5hrs to drill out
If I were to to it all over again I would use X-Y Vise with end mill bits.
