It's DPMS compatible, which means that it can be used with DPMS style .308 lowers. You can install this upper assembly on DPMS pattern AR-10 lowers, providing the user with more customization and modularity.

A3 308 flat top upper receiver - made from solid billet 6000 series aluminum. Black hardcoat
anodized. Forward assist and dust cover installed.
Gas system - .750 low
profile gas block made from steel and black hardcoat
anodized. Carbine length stainless steel gas tube.
Handguard - 12" mlok free float .308 rail system, hardcoat anodized aluminum. Rails could vary in design, based on stock availability. The same excellent quality.
