Brace Yourself Again...for now at least. SBR or not?

Many of the Moriarti Arms customers are now able to utilize a brace on their lawfully owned pistol, just as you were able to for years.  In January of this year, the ATF reclassified braced firearms as short barreled rifles, essentially turning millions of Americans in to felons if they didn't take immediate action.  This meant needing to remove the brace, converting the firearm to a rifle or registering the firearm as an SBR.  Many of you may have recently purchased pistols with the brace removed as required by this ATF ruling.

However,  A recent injunction from the Fifth Circuit brings some good news to the many of us pistol owners.  The Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced on May 26th that not only the plaintiffs in this action are affected but also all customers of Maxim Defense and members of the FPC are now granted relief while the courts examine this issue further.   The FPC argues on behalf of its members that the ATF's action on pistol braces is unconstitutional and violates the Administrative Procedure Act.

We are continuing to support the organizations that are making efforts to fight for our 2A rights. Joining organizations like the FPC, contacting elected officials and donating where you can makes the difference.

If you want to purchase a brace, now is the time to do so and we have marked down our take-off braces and want to get them to you as soon as possible.

Moriarti Arms have a several new options of pistol braces, we also have many take off models that are available at a savings. You may purchase ar pistol kits with braces without violation of any laws.  Shop Pistol Braces at Moriarti Arms and we sincerely hope this rule that violates our 2A rights will be overturned and soon!
