AR-15 .223 Wylde 24" CMV Fluted Tactical Bull Upper Assembly, Left Handed Side Charger

I want an AR15 upper built with my own bull barrel (936”) 22 Nosler with rifle length gas block. Should be left handed and side charging and a free floating 15” black aluminum 2” float tube fore grip and adjustable picatinny gas block. Which I believe would put it just in front of the hand guard/foregrip. I would want a nickel boron bcg. I would prefer a billet upper reciever with picatinny top rail of course. I expect precision accuracy. Can you or will build this if I send you my barrel. And if so what would be the cost and turn around time?
