Can I use a Ruger 10/22 magazine or parts with an AR-15 .22 LR upper?

No. Although both platforms commonly fire .22 LR (Long Rifle) ammunition, the Ruger 10/22 and an AR-15 .22 LR upper use different operating systems, magazines, and components.
