The AR-40 10.5" Slick Side LRBHO Complete Upper Assembly in .40 S&W is engineered for top-tier performance and precision. This upper features a 10.5" match-grade barrel, chambered in .40 S&W with a 1:16 twist and finished in black nitride for superior corrosion resistance. It is equipped with a slim line flash can to reduce muzzle flash and improve control during rapid fire.

• Barrel: The 10.5" .40 S&W match-grade barrel is crafted from 4150 chrome moly steel, coated with black nitride for durability, and features a 1:16 twist rate. It is threaded .578x28 to accommodate the slim line flash can compensator, which helps reduce muzzle flash and enhance control. The barrel is finished off with slim cone muzzle brake to optimize accuracy.

• Slick Side Upper Receiver: The slick side billet upper receiver is machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum and hard-coat anodized per MIL 8625 Type 3 Class 2 for long-lasting durability. The receiver is equipped with integrated LRBHO (Last Round Bolt Hold Open), ensuring the bolt locks open after the last round is fired for easy inspection and reloading.

• Gas System: Featuring a blowback gas system, this upper assembly is optimized for .40 S&W ammunition, ensuring smooth cycling with minimal recoil.
