The AR-15 5.56/.223 16 M4 Slim Profile Upper Assembly with a 12 MLOK is an upper for an AR-15 rifle in left-handed configuration.

This particular upper assembly is designed to work with 5.56/.223 caliber ammunition. This is a very common ammunition type for AR-15 rifles, used in both military and civilian contexts. The upper assembly includes parts such as the barrel, the charging handle, the forward assist, the gas operating system, and the sight, among others. It has a 16 M4 slim profile barrel. This refers to the length and style of the barrel. The M4 style is a lighter, thinner version of the standard barrel found on the M16 and other AR-15 variants. The  upper assembly is equipped with a 12-inch MLOK rail. MLOK is a modular locking system that allows for the direct attachment of accessories, such as lights, scopes, and grips, to the gun without the need for traditional rails.

The upper assembly is designed to be used by left-handed shooters. Certain parts may be reversed or designed differently to better accommodate left-handed operation.
