What is the difference between an AR pistol and an SBR?
An AR pistol and an SBR are distinct firearm configurations. A short-barreled rifle incorporates a shoulder stock and meets the applicable legal definition of an SBR. Barrel length alone does not determine whether a firearm is classified as a pistol or rifle.
