The Moriarti AR-15 .22 ARC upper assembly features an 18-inch heavy-profile, non-fluted 4150 CMV barrel with a Parkerized finish and 1:7 twist rate.

The configuration incorporates a 15-inch free-floating Diamond Cut M-LOK handguard, a forged 7075 aluminum flat-top upper receiver, and an A2-style flash hider.

The rifle-length gas system features a .750-inch low-profile steel gas block. The handguard is available in five color finishes: Flat Dark Earth (FDE), Burnt Bronze, Grey, Cobalt Blue, and OD Green.
