AR-15 5.56/.223 16" stainless steel straight fluted tactical upper assembly

AR-15  5.56/.223 16" stainless steel straight fluted tactical upper assembly features a 16 inch 416R stainless steel hbar contour barrel, hardened to 26-32 RC and stress relieved. This is a chamber that is rated for 5.56 NATO and has a 1-9 right-hand twist, button rifled for precision. There are .750 under gas block spaces and the barrel is straight fluted. The barrel ends in 1/2-28 threads and is completed with a muzzle brake and crush washer for added durability and recoil reduction. The barrel has M4 feed ramps for improved feeding reliability. 

The A3 flat top upper receiver is made from certified 7075-T6 aluminum forgings, an aerospace-grade material known for its high strength-to-weight ratio. It's anodized with a black hardcoat to government specifications for added corrosion resistance. Forward assist and a dust cover are already installed and the receiver also includes M4 feedramps. 

The gas system consists of a low profile, .750 gas block that is made from steel and black hardcoat anodized for resistance to harsh environments. A carbine-length gas tube is used in this setup. 

Handguard - 12" mid-length handguards are free-floating and have MLOK compatibility, a modern mounting system for accessories. These are also made from aircraft-grade aluminum and black hardcoat anodized for durability and resistance to harsh conditions.
