The configuration uses forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers and a 4150 CMV steel barrel with a 1:7 twist rate. Its pistol-length gas system incorporates a .750-inch nitride-finished gas block.

The extended handguard provides the distinctive suppressor-tucked appearance associated with Moriarti's Suppressor Ready Series. The barrel features 1/2×28 muzzle threads, with no suppressor or muzzle device included.

The MA-15 Suppressor Ready Series features an extended 9-inch free-floating M-LOK handguard with a 1.74-inch internal rail opening, providing space for compatible suppressor-tucked configurations. Suppressor fitment depends on the suppressor's outside diameter, mounting hardware, and manufacturer requirements.

Available in selectable anodized finishes, this MA-15 configuration also includes an M16-profile nitride bolt carrier group with forward-assist serrations and one compatible magazine.
