AR-15 Shockwave Pistol Brace with Kak Tube Kit has everything you need to turn your stripped AR-15 Lower Receiver into an AR Pistol Receiver with stabilizer.  ATF has clarified that installing this product does NOT turn your pistol into an SBR regardless of barrel length.
