Yes. It fits a standard mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver.

What bolt and magazines do I need?

A 6.5 Grendel-type bolt carrier group and 6.5 Grendel / 6mm ARC magazines. A standard 5.56 bolt will not work.

What twist rate does it use?

A 1:8 twist, suited to common 6mm ARC hunting and match loads.
