The AR-15 16" M4 Flat Top Upper Assembly with Magpul MOE Handguard delivers rugged reliability and proven performance for shooters looking to complete their carbine-length build with classic Magpul styling.

This upper is chambered in 5.56 NATO (compatible with .223 Rem) and features a 16" HBAR contour barrel made from 4150V chrome moly steel, heat treated and finished in black for long-term durability. A 1:7 twist rate offers excellent accuracy across a wide range of bullet weights.

The carbine-length gas system and low-profile gas block ensure smooth cycling, while the A2 flash hider helps reduce visible muzzle flash. The two-piece Magpul MOE black handguard provides a lightweight, ergonomic grip with mounting slots for optional accessories.

The A3 flat-top upper receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum, hardcoat anodized to mil-spec standards, and includes a forward assist and dust cover pre-installed.
